Returns & Exchanges

Thank you so much for your order and for supporting Simply Adorned 🤍 It truly means so much to me. I want you to love what you receive, but if something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, email info@simplyadorned.shopwith your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


Important Notes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time
  • If you need a different size or item, please return your original item (once approved) and place a new order
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned
  • We currently do not accept international returns

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and reach out right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. I want to make it right and take care of you.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please email info@simplyadorned.shop.


Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are expected to ship within 6–8 weeks. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Returns are still accepted within 14 days after delivery if they meet the conditions above.
